Sit with us
Two ways to sit together — Mondays in person, Thursdays online.
Every session is fully guided — you can simply follow along. We move gently through sitting meditation, sometimes walking meditation, and time for guided relaxation or quiet sharing; you're always free to take part as much or as little as feels right.
No experience is needed and there's never a charge — all are welcome, and donations are too. Come exactly as you are, whether you join us in the room or online.
