New here?

You don't need to quiet your mind, sit a certain way, or believe anything in particular.

If you can breathe, you can meditate. Our sessions are fully guided, so you can simply follow along — beginners are always welcome, and you can come exactly as you are.

A typical evening moves gently: some quiet sitting, sometimes a little walking, and time to settle and share if you'd like (you never have to). Arrive a few minutes early to settle in; if you need to come late or leave early, that's completely fine — just do so quietly.

There's no charge, and people come from all backgrounds and beliefs. Your first time can be as short as a single breath.

Why meditate?

As students, it's easy to feel stretched thin — like slowing down means falling behind. In a world built for instant gratification and constant stimulation, even focusing can take everything we've got.

Mindfulness isn't just one more tool for staying calm. It simply means paying clear, kind attention to your own experience. With a little practice you start to notice the small, unnecessary ways we make ourselves suffer — replaying a bad grade, doomscrolling until we feel worse, treating harsh self-talk as fact — and noticing is where change begins.

Whether you come at it through science or through ancient wisdom, the conclusion is the same: attention, cultivated gently, brings more self-awareness, more ease, and more genuine contact with your life. The quality of your mind really does shape the quality of your days.

Apps

Practising with a community is a real gift — but a good app can support you between Mondays. Our members often recommend the Plum Village and Waking Up apps, and there are plenty of others worth exploring.
